The keyboard does not work in DOS due to keyboard not plugged in.
Cause:
The keyboard is not plugged into the back of the computer.
Solution:
Turn off the computer, plug the keyboard in, and turn the computer back on.
1) Turn off the computer.
2) Trace the keyboard cable to the back of the computer.
3) Plug the keyboard cable into the port labeled 'Keyboard' or the port with the little picture of the keyboard next to it.
4) Turn on the computer.
